Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Shree Achyutam Hermitage Private Limited. Please read them before you book anything with us.

About these terms
In these terms, we and us mean Shree Achyutam Hermitage Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at RZ-D/50, Top Floor, Dabri Extn., Dabri, New Delhi 110045, India. You means the person or organisation enquiring about or booking our services.
These terms apply to the website. The specific terms of any booking are set out in the written quotation and confirmation we issue to you. Where the two differ, your written quotation and confirmation take precedence for that booking.
What we do
We plan and coordinate devotional travel, arrange accommodation, plan and run events and conventions, and provide IT consulting, support and digital development services.
For travel, accommodation and events, we act as a planner and coordinator. The transport, rooms, venues and services themselves are supplied by third parties such as hotels, dharamshalas, transport operators, venues and vendors. We select and coordinate them, and we hold them to what has been agreed, but we do not own or operate them.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not commit you to anything.
We respond with a written quotation setting out what is included, what is excluded and the itemised cost inclusive of GST. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and are based on the information you gave us. If the group size, dates, duration or requirements change, the price may change, and we will tell you in writing before proceeding.
A contract is formed only when you accept a quotation in writing and we confirm the booking.
Payments
Payment terms are stated in your quotation. A booking advance is normally required to hold transport, rooms or a venue, with the balance payable as set out in that document.
Payments must be made to the company bank account named on our invoice. We do not accept payment to any personal account or personal UPI number, and any request appearing to come from us that asks you to do so should be reported to us immediately.
All amounts are in Indian Rupees. Taxes are charged as required by law and are shown in your quotation.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms that apply to your booking are set out in your written quotation before you pay, so that you know the position in advance.
Where a supplier such as a hotel, transport operator or venue holds funds under its own cancellation policy, the recoverable portion is limited by that policy. We will tell you what is recoverable and pursue it on your behalf. We cannot refund amounts a supplier is contractually entitled to retain.
If we have to change an arrangement because of circumstances outside our control, we will offer you the nearest reasonable alternative or a refund of the recoverable portion, and we will tell you promptly.
Your responsibilities
To let us do our job properly you agree to the following.
- Give us accurate information, including traveller names, ages, health or mobility needs and identity details where a supplier requires them.
- Tell us promptly about any change in your requirements.
- Carry valid identity documents where a temple, hotel, transport operator or venue requires them at check in.
- Follow the rules of the properties, venues and places of worship you visit, and the instructions of our coordinators on safety matters.
- Ensure that anyone travelling in your group is medically fit for the route you have chosen.
We may decline or discontinue a booking where conduct puts other travellers, our staff or a supplier at risk.
Matters outside our control
Some things genuinely cannot be controlled by anyone, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Temple timings, darshan access, queue lengths and religious authority decisions.
- Weather, natural events, road closures, landslides and route restrictions.
- Government orders, permissions, security clearances and administrative delays.
- Transport delays, breakdowns and traffic conditions.
- Acts of third party suppliers beyond the standard we agreed with them.
We plan for these where planning is possible, we tell you honestly where it is not, and we are not liable for losses arising from them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you have paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational loss.
For technology services, we are not liable for loss of data where you have declined a backup arrangement we recommended, or for the acts of third party software and hosting providers.
Technology and digital work
Digital projects are delivered against a written scope document agreed by both sides before work begins. Work is delivered in stages and payment follows delivery of each stage.
On completion and full payment, the domain, hosting, source code and content are registered in your name and handed over to you with credentials and documentation. You are free to move to another provider and take everything with you.
Support terms after launch, including what a change costs and how quickly it is made, are agreed in writing before launch.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, logo and design of this website belong to Shree Achyutam Hermitage Private Limited or its licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.
Website use
This website is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate, but details of services, availability and third party arrangements change, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance or a guarantee of availability.
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting automated or fraudulent enquiries, or interfering with its operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms in force when you accept a quotation are the ones that apply to that booking.
