Devotional Travel Experiences
Devotional Journeys Planned With Care
We handle the route, the stay, the meals and the temple timings, and you get a written plan with a clear cost before anything is booked.
Who This Is For
-
Families travelling with parents
You want a route paced for people in their seventies, a comfortable stay each night and someone who answers the phone.
-
Sangh and mandal coordinators
You are moving fifty to three hundred devotees and the whole community is looking to you to get it right.
-
First time yatris
You have never organised this before and you would like someone to talk you through what each route genuinely asks of you.
What we do
What This Service Involves
We plan pilgrimage journeys so you can travel without worrying about the arrangements. One coordinator looks after your travel, stay, temple timings, meals and support on the ground, from the first discussion right through to the return journey. Whether you are a family of four or a group of two hundred, the itinerary is built around your dates, your budget and what your group is comfortable with.
What You Get in Writing
A dated itinerary with the route, daily timings, stay category and meals, an itemised cost including GST with the exclusions listed beside it, and copies of every booking confirmation.

Clear terms
What We Make Clear Up Front
The things worth knowing before you decide, said now rather than after a booking.
-
If a route is more than your group can comfortably manage, we will say so while you are still deciding rather than once you have paid.
-
Temple timings, darshan access, weather and government orders sit outside anyone's control. We plan around them, build in slack and keep you informed rather than promise what we cannot hold.
-
We do not sell fixed packages, because a yatra shaped around your family is worth a great deal more than a seat on someone else's schedule.
-
Payments are made to the company account and receipted, which is the arrangement you should expect from any operator you deal with.
We are a registered private limited company with an office in Dabri, New Delhi that you are welcome to visit. You receive a written itinerary and an itemised quote before you pay anything, payments go to the company account and are receipted, and your booking confirmations are shared with you as they arrive. Those are all reasonable things to expect, and worth asking of anyone you are considering.
Your written quote sets out both. Inclusions usually cover transport, accommodation of the agreed category, the meals named in the itinerary and coordination on the ground. Personal expenses, offerings, helicopter or palki charges and anything the itinerary does not mention sit outside it. We would rather list the exclusions clearly at the start than have them surface during your trip.
A booking advance holds your transport and rooms, with the balance staged against the itinerary. Everything goes to the company account and is receipted. We never ask for payment to a personal account or a personal UPI number.
Your cancellation and refund terms are written into the quote before you pay, so the position is clear in advance rather than negotiated in a crisis. Where a hotel or transport operator holds funds under its own policy, we tell you what is recoverable and pursue it on your behalf.
Yes, and it shapes the plan from the start rather than being added at the end. We build in rest days, shorten the driving legs, arrange assistance at steep approaches and set meal timings around darshan. Where a particular route asks more than your parents should attempt, we will tell you honestly and suggest one that suits them better.
Group movement is routine work for us. That means convoy transport, block accommodation near the temple or ghat, coordinated meal timings and a coordinator travelling with the group. Tell us the number and the dates and we will tell you plainly what we can do well.
For group yatras, yes. For smaller family tours you have a named contact who is reachable throughout. Either way you deal with one person rather than a list of drivers, hotels and local agents.
Yes. Accommodation is a service in its own right and transport can be arranged on its own. Take the part you need and leave the rest.
