Who we are
Shree Achyutam Hermitage Private Limited is a company registered in India with its office at RZ-D/50, Top Floor, Dabri Extn., Dabri, New Delhi 110045, India. We operate this website and act as the data controller for the information described below.
You can reach us by email at info@shreeachyutam.com or by phone on +91 82870 19243 during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM.
What information we collect
We only collect what we need in order to answer your enquiry and provide the service you have asked about.
- Information you give us directly through the enquiry form, which is your name, email address, phone number, the service you are enquiring about and any message you write.
- Information you give us when you call, send a WhatsApp message or write to us by email.
- Details necessary to deliver a service you have booked, which may include traveller names, ages, identity document numbers where a temple, hotel or transport operator requires them, dietary preferences and accessibility needs.
- Technical information collected automatically, which includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and how you arrived at the site.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not ask for or store card numbers, banking passwords or UPI PINs on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a written quotation, deliver the service you book, and keep the records that Indian tax and company law require us to keep.
Where you have consented, we may contact you by call, email or WhatsApp about the enquiry you raised. The consent checkbox on our enquiry form is what gives us that permission, and you may withdraw it at any time by telling us.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for third party marketing.
Who we share information with
To deliver a booking we sometimes have to pass specific details to the suppliers involved. That is limited to what the supplier genuinely needs.
- Hotels, dharamshalas, hostels, camps and property owners, for the purpose of confirming your accommodation.
- Transport operators, for the purpose of arranging your travel.
- Venues, caterers and event vendors, where you have engaged us for an event.
- Professional advisers, auditors and government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not pass your contact details to any supplier who does not need them for your booking.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. Necessary cookies support basic functions such as your session and your cookie preference itself, and the site cannot work properly without them.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This produces aggregated statistics rather than a profile of you personally. You can decline analytics cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to twenty four months so that we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us, then deleted.
Records relating to a completed booking are kept for as long as Indian tax, accounting and company law requires, and then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep a particular record.
How we protect information
Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and enquiry data is transmitted over that same encrypted connection.
No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw the consent you gave us to contact you.
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Write to info@shreeachyutam.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, which protects you rather than us.
Links to other websites
This website links to third party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links you are on their platform and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised policy.
